EEA Officer Election 2022

Welcome to the EEA 2022 Officer elections. You are asked to vote for EEA Vice-President and EEA Council.

Voting will take place from Monday, September 27 to Sunday, October 24.

Only EEA members with active memberships can vote. Each member can submit one ballot sheet.

Thomas Chaney

Thomas Chaney holds a Ph.D. in economics from MIT and is currently professor of economics at Sciences Po in Paris, France. Before joining Sciences Po, Thomas held positions at the University of Chicago and Toulouse School of Economics. He is Managing Editor at the Review of Economic Studies, and a Research Fellow at the CEPR and at CESifo.

Thomas has been awarded two successive ERC grants, a Starting Grant studying firm networks, and an Advanced Grant studying historical migrations, trade and growth.

His work spanning International Trade, Finance, Networks, and Economic History has been published in the American Economic Review, the Journal of Political Economy, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, and the Review of Economic Studies.
