Call for Positions on Minorities in Economics Committee (MinE) Committee
The MinE Committee has opened (self) nominations for positions on the Minorities in Economics Committee (MinE) Committee.
MinE's objective is to support less-represented groups in the economics profession, including, but not limited to, ethnic minorities in Europe , LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities. Our goal is to facilitate and strengthen networking opportunities for disadvantaged individuals, to provide a platform for exchange and sharing of resources, and to spotlight research on minorities.
Candidates should be available for a 3-year term from January 1, 2026.
Please note that the MinE Committee welcomes (self) nominations from all economists who will foster and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion in the European economics community.
To (self) nominate, please prepare a short supporting statement and provide a current CV. Submit all materials electronically to admin@eeassoc.org
